Heater Form

I have received training by one of the Marquees Direct team on how to operate the heater.*

I fully understand that Marquees Direct callout is on the day of your event only till 5pm. Please test your heater as early as possible on the event day. We do not cover calls on Christmas Eve after Christmas Day or Boxing Day. Please note if an Extended Hire we may attend the next working day. We only have limited cover at weekends.*

I fully understand how the reset procedures work should a problem arise, including the location of either the 1 reset button on Diesel or the 3 reset buttons on Gas.*

I have been given a copy of the Companies Heaters and Electrical items (Terms, Conditions and Procedures) and I agree to them.*

I agree that the following call out charges apply if a Marquees Direct staff member is called out to the site and discovers the problem could have been avoided should the Companies Terms, Conditions and Procedures been followed.

£300 call out charge. Plus, any Toll Charges.

£0.50 per mile travelled to resolve the issue.

£25 an hour per staff member.

Call out is only available Mon - Friday 8am - 4pm.

Call out is not available on the following days: Christmas Day/Boxing Day/New Years Eve/Day*

I fully understand that I must keep the marquee heated to at least 12 °C if there is snow fall to heat the PVC to melt the snow as it falls.*
