Booking With Us
Booking with Marquees Direct Ltd could not be easier, please request a Booking Request Form.
If you wish to proceed with this booking please complete and return Section 2 of this form along with your 25% Deposit Payment. If your event is booked at the last minute and seven days prior to your event taking place, then payment is required in full after receiving the Booking Request Form.
Deposit payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card, Cheques, Cash and BACS. Please make Cheques payable to Marquees Direct Ltd.
If you would like to email your Booking Request Form our email address is info@marqueesdirect.co.uk. Alternatively, if you need to post this form, our office address is Marquees Direct Ltd, 1 Lyndhurst Buildings, Lyndhurst Road, Berkshire, SL5 9ED.
Please note all bookings are processed on a first come first served basis. The remaining balance is payable on or before the set up date. Bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Hire and stock availability at time of order. Please note if you wish to pay your final balance by Cheque or BACS this must be received as cleared funds by the set up day of your event.
Please also note that sending a payment without the signed and completed Booking Request Form does not confirm this booking. Only receipt by us of a signed Booking Request Form and deposit payment, and our acceptance of this by sending you a Booking Confirmation completes and confirms your booking.
